Styles designs that we do not use are as follows:
- Tight, ball-shaped designs,
- Ikebana designs
- Leaf wraps
- Nonfloral material

Thank you so much for filling out our wedding form. We know that there is a lot to go through and it can be time-consuming. We just want to make sure that everything is covered so that we don’t miss anything important.
Steps we will be taking:
Now that you have filled out our form, we will do a follow-up letting you know, personally, that we have received your inquiry form. We may either call or email you.
We may ask for further questions if we need more information to properly quote you.
Quoting:
Please note that quoting may take much longer than expected, due to customization. Quoting can take anywhere between 2-5 days depending on what your inquiry needs are and whether we need to get in touch with the venue, seek out prices from our wholesalers for certain designs, seek out rental decor, and properly set up the right visuals for you. Our weddings are custom-based only and therefore require more detailed work.
Once the quote is ready:
We will let you know the quote is ready by email and we will send a link to view the quote through an online document called SignEasy. It’s the best way to view the quote without having to download it.
We will also be attaching a link to our consultation page to book a time and a date to go over the whole quote so that we can edit, make changes, and get to know one another directly. Consultations will take anywhere between 45 mins - 1 hour. We are happy to answer any questions you may have at this time as well.
Please note that during the high season, our response time may be much slower than normal due to an overload of weddings/events, clients, quoting, and personal life events.
